Noise Level

If you want an exhaust system that’s going to keep your engine loud, then a straight pipe exhaust system is the system for you.  Performance exhaust systems are much better at quieting the sound of your engine, and given the noise laws that you can find in some parts of the country, they could be a good investment.  The amount of money you may have to pay in tickets and fines with a noisy straight pipe exhaust system could have been used to initially purchase a performance exhaust system that would not have produced such problems.

Emissions
